13:57 was inspired by my friend Tommy Pace who lost his daughter to a stillborn birth. Though the time is not exact, it represents the anguish and emotion felt from experiencing shattered hopes and dreams in an instant.
Throughout this time Watch3's wife and he maintained a non-profit for women who experienced stillborn birth or loss of a young child. They would make weighted hearts filled with rice and polyfill to the weight of the child when they passed. They built relationships with hundreds of women and families and this song encapsulates many of the stories and feelings of tortuous anquish they experienced.
